Submission Guidelines

Instructions for Authors

Paper Submission:
All authors must submit their papers via the following link: Submit Paper.
Fee Voucher:
After the acceptance of the abstract, a fee voucher will be emailed to the corresponding author.
Proof of Fee Submission:
Authors must upload the proof of fee submission along with their student ID (if presenting as a Student Presenter) using the following link:
Google Form Submission.
Full Paper Submission Deadline:
The full paper must be uploaded before the specified deadline.

ATTENTION:

Authors must prepare their papers using Microsoft Word(US letter), Microsoft Word(A4) or LaTeX, and then convert these files to PDF.
It is important to ensure that when you submit your paper, it is in its final form ready for publication, and has been thoroughly proofread.
Post-publication changes are not permitted, so please ensure that your paper has been checked for errors.

Registration fee does not includes T/A and D/A. Registration fee only includes entrance to the conference hall, snacks, lunch, conference kit and conference publication fee
Student Authors are requested to submit their id-cards along with Registration Fees.

For VISA related inquiry, all the participants are advised to visit official website of PAKISTAN Embassy or make a personal visit to PAKISTAN VISA office in their respective countries. Conference is not responsible for providing VISA. It is sole decision of the Embassy to assess and provide VISA to an individual or not.
